Meet Toby.

In 2020, I started an esports Discord almost on a whim, "I like esports, this looks fun", within weeks I was completely hooked. Strangers becoming friends, showing up daily because they enjoyed the community, the weekly events, the dumb funny chats. For two years that community averaged thousands of messages per day.

But then I spotted something… Brands with 10x my members, spending $10k on marketing, were getting a fraction of my engagement. (I had a $0 budget…)

That stuck with me. 3 years later I started managing communities for some of the top brands and influencers on Discord and Circle (some with 50k+ members) and the same pattern kept showing up: the communities with the most hype weren't the ones with the biggest names or budget behind them. They were the ones structured so that people naturally talked, felt at home, and returned tomorrow.

Today I take everything I've learned across 150+ communities and build you a strategy that gets your people genuinely talking and raving about your product.
